Medical attention, medication management, rehabilitation, counseling, and behavioral therapy.

Meal preparation and transit assistance to day programs, with dependable 24/7 care.
Money management plus leisure, recreational, religious, and social activities.
Assistance with education or vocational training and employment, as each person needs.

We're open to serve all eligible individuals needing 24-hour CILA care. General requirements include:
At least 18 years of age
Has a mental or developmental disability
In need of a 24-hour supervised living arrangement
Participant or guardian agrees to Divine Center's CILA guidelines and related DHS standards

Trained Direct Service Support staff are on-site 24 hours a day, every day of the year. With eight or fewer residents per home, each person receives real, personal attention.
A warm, family-style home with home-cooked meals, day programs, recreation, and steady support that helps each person build independence and a full life in the community.
